We are recruiting for an experienced Spanish Buyer with fluency in English for an exciting role in Dublin. This role is an office-based environment in the head quarter of a software company that provides employee reward and recognition platform to companies throughout the world. You will be working in their International Purchasing department and will report into the Purchasing Manager.
As a Buyer you will be in close contact with new and existing suppliers and you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with them to ensure quick turnaround of the stock. You will negotiate on prices and T&C, write purchase orders and review daily inventory of stock. This is a varied role where you assist the Purchasing Manager in all aspects of Purchasing as well as in Operations and Logistics.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Spanish and English
- Additional fluency of French is desired but not a must
- Previous experience in a purchasing/procurement role essential
- Ability to negotiate deals
- Experience with ERP systems
- IIPMM qualification or equivalent
- Strong client relationship building skills.
- Good analytical skills
- Have a flexible attitude
- Be ambitious and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
