We are looking for a Sales Account Manager for our client which is a software and BI consultancy firm developing tailor-made solutions for the needs of organizations.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager/executive preferably in software products
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Leading sales process of the company's solutions for assigned accounts
- Developing effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
- Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
- Establishing strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements
- Monitoring sales metrics
