The Consultant for Talent Function (TF) is responsible for delivering quality consulting and project support services to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, as an individual contributor or a team member. We offer both employee and 1099 contract roles. This position will allow you to work from your home office and travel for client engagements when required.
Responsibilities:
Service Delivery Expertise:
- Provide strategic consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition technology solutions
- Follow TF delivery methodologies appropriate to the project and the consultant’s role, and promote industry best practices
- Deliver high quality execution and completion rates on all engagements
- Develop and/or implement effective communications, change management strategies, including communications, testing and training programs
- Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity
- Engage in positive and pro-active communication with peers and colleagues, building effective relationships within and across the business
Functional Consulting / Business Analyst Expertise:
- Provide functional process and design support to understand the current and desired future state of people, process and software
- Gather feedback to accurately assess the business requirements, pain points and gaps
Market Expertise:
- Strive to be more versatile, effective, and continually deepen skill set
- Promote TF at professional business organizations/conferences and seminars
Cultural Expertise:
- Contribute to and support a positive team environment

Qualifications:
- Experience supporting full lifecycle talent acquisition project execution following established project management methodology
- Apply talent acquisition strategies and concepts in organizations with diverse needs
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of talent acquisition platforms, tools, products and other complimentary technologies to support these platforms
- Experience configuring software in support of client requirements and identifying creative and acceptable solutions to product gaps to meet client requirements
- Significant experience of end-to-end talent acquisition functions (applicant tracking systems, prospect engagement/sourcing, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition analytics with in-depth experience in at least 2 functions)
- Consistently conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner
- Set and manage client expectations and resolve conflict
- Assist with development and implementation of change management, communications, testing and training strategies
- Assist with efforts in organization design and process optimization
- Maintain deep knowledge of best practices relating to organizational design, staff productivity, metrics and reporting, technology, programs and policies
- Able to assist with successful implementation of technology solutions for talent acquisition processes
- Participation in industry organizations and events
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, independent contractors and clients
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of team members in a consultative environment
- Experience with one or more of the following systems is desired: Avature, iCIMS, Taleo, Jobvite, CornerstoneOnDemand, SmartRecruiters, GoogleHire, Workday Recruiting, Phenom People, Greenhouse, Lever, SuccessFactors Recruiting, Beamery and Smashfly
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting client facing talent acquisition implementations with progressive responsibility
