We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to help manage our paid ads. You’ll need the desire to learn how to create amazing ads and the analytical ability to learn to optimize them. You’re going to need to dig deep and be ready to grow into a true paid ads professional to help us make a real dent in our mission, which is, “To make world-class marketing easy for everyone”.

About You:

- Natural collaborator: You’re able to work with stakeholders across Tailwind to test positioning and get distribution for our marketing campaigns, product launches and more.
- Iterative: Always testing and iterating.

- Team-centric: An authentic, positive, and energetic team-player without the burden of an oversized ego.

- Ad placement: You want to hone your ability to serve the right ad to the right audience on the right network at the right time.
- Long-term thinker: You’re looking to learn how to nurture strangers through a satisfying customer journey all the way to advocacy.
Desired skills & experience:
- Experience in marketing: Either through an undergraduate degree in a relevant field (example: marketing, design, public relations, data science) or experience working in the marketing field.
