Opportunity:
Work with industry-leading, Fortune 500 clients. You'll help drive targeted and personalized communications to millions of customers daily. You'll also work with internal strategy and innovation teams who are developing unique CRM programs that will drive acquisitions, gain customer engagement, and boost revenue for our client.
Role:
You will have a hands-on role in the development, maintenance and execution of digital programs that use CRM platforms to deliver messages across channels. Additionally, you will work with the client teams to optimize process and usage of CRM platforms to gain efficiencies for the team. You should be able to work well with technology teams, analysts, creative, experience (UX) teams and client-side digital marketing teams. Ideally, you’re a strong multitasker who can manage several initiatives that cross over the following areas:
- Day-to-day management of CRM programs, including HTML development of the campaigns, set up within the platform and successful deployment of the campaigns
- Provide expertise in system and data architecture, marketing automation processes and campaign management
- Manage ongoing CRM implementation, troubleshoot system errors and provide user support
- Structure data across multiple data sources maintaining good database hygiene and compliance with global opt-in laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Setup and deploy cross channel communications, including email, SMS and push
- Develop and configure email campaigns and templates
- Build SMS, push and message center communications
- Build and execute campaign tests to drive learnings and optimizations
- Build, test, report and monitor user journeys
- Execute development and advanced configuration activities within the platform
- Identify project risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve issues
- Create data extensions, automations, and activities
- Investigate and resolve bugs/issues related to CRM initiatives
- Log and monitor all investigations
- Work with client to ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
- Balance multiple requests in fast-paced environment

- Investigate and resolve bugs/issues related to CRM initiatives
- Log and monitor all investigations
- Work with client to ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
- Balance multiple requests in fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in a CRM platform such as Adobe, Braze/Appboy, SFMC, Marketo, or similar
- Ability to create and code email, SQL and SSS Activities required
- HTML 5, CSS, Email specific coding considerations required
- Experience with testing/optimization platforms
- Experience working with large data sets and databases
- Experience using process management and bug tracking software such as JIRA and project management tools
- Ability to form partnerships with various stakeholders (product managers, creative, development etc.)
- Experience working with Braze a plus
- Must perform well in high pressure situations, balance competing priorities, and demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision
