Operations Analyst

T3 is looking for an Operations Associate to join our Operations team in Austin.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting to the T3 Operations team, Agency Leadership and Program Management teams. This reporting will include revenue forecasting and profitability/performance data for active client programs. You will work closely with the resource management team on capacity planning and tracking. 
 
This position requires an extremely detail-oriented multitasker with excellent Excel skills. Experience with data visualization tools and the Advantage suite of program management software is a plus. 
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Work with Resource Management and Engagement Teams to capture data around resource allocations 
  • Utilize resource and program management systems to generate analysis and reporting of key staffing metrics using large amounts of data
  • Become proficient at utilizing agency program management software to enter data, create reports and executive dashboards  
  • Provide accurate and timely reports including analysis of key financial metrics, utilization, projected full time employees, staffing needs, and ad hoc reporting requests from leadership
  • Ensure accurate program data communication to agency Leadership and Finance Team
  • Assist Account teams with monthly project budget to actual tracking and other required client reporting
  • Provide data to inform staffing and revenue plans

Experience:  
  • Minimum of three (3) years of client service delivery or fin-ops experience, preferably within a professional services firm
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Strong research and reporting skills
  • Experience with agency program management software a plus
