Senior Engagement Manager

This person will be responsible for handling day-to-day program management and communication between clients and internal teams on digital, media and social initiatives for high-profile T3 clients. This position requires an extremely detail-oriented, solutions focused leader. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of all client projects
  • Point person for internal team questions
  • Develop trusted relationships with day to day clients 
  • Strategic advisor to clients on their business challenges 
  • Manage internal and client teams' expectations
  • Form trusted relationship internal cross-functional teams 
  • Provide strategic and constructive feedback to cross-functional teams
  • Seek out a deep understanding of client's business
  • Leader of complex projects or programs and deliver quality work on time and on budget 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to problem solve for clients and internal teams 
  • Flawlessly manage multiple projects
  • Proactively identify and implement process/resource efficiencies
  • Know when and how to escalate operational, resource, budget or timeline issues, in-detail
  • Develop project approaches and drive scope development

Experience: 4+ years experience required. Experience with a digital/media/social agency is preferred. Interactive experience should include exposure to website design, development and prototyping, media, and social campaign management. Excellent client relationship skills required.
