T3 is looking for an Associate Director to join our Program Management team in either our Austin or Atlanta office.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day account communication between clients and internal teams on complex digital experiences for high-profile T3 clients. This position requires an extremely detail-oriented multitasker with excellent presentation skills, and experience with agile is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day execution of all client projects, preferably using agile methodologies
- Point person for internal team questions
- Point person for client
- Manage internal and client teams' expectations
- Form trusted relationship with client counterpart and internal cross-functional team
- Provide strategic and constructive feedback to cross-functional teams
- Seek out a deep understanding of client's business
- Partner with Producer teams to manage and deliver quality work on time and on budget
- Ability to adapt quickly to problem solve
- Flawlessly manage multiple projects, simultaneously. Help to create, manage and execute daily deliverables + proactively maintain status sheet
- Account administration: Opening jobs, setting up/maintaining client work on client review site, server folders/organization, team notifications, and meeting set-up
- Proactively identify and implement process/resource efficiencies
- Know when and how to escalate operational, resource, budget or timeline issues, in-detail
- Write client scopes and estimates

Experience: 6+ years' experience required. Experience with a digital agency required. Experience should include website design, development and prototyping. Agile experience is a plus. Excellent client relationship skills required (you'll have quite a bit of face-time with clients in the Atlanta area). We're looking for someone with exceptional planning, coordination, management and communications skills.
