T3 has an immediate need for a freelance Sr. Digital Media Planner who can plan and execute paid digital and social media campaigns.
We are looking for a planner with experience across all major channels (including but not limited to display, audio, video, and social) with expertise in crafting and pitching holistic digital media strategy. Ideally, this person has experience in performance media (traffic, installs, orders, etc.) and is comfortable creating projects and pacing to goal.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop strategic plans for media campaigns (potential for both B2B and B2C-focused brands)
- RFPing and evaluating potential media partners based on goals
- Setting up and executing buys with managed-service vendors and self-service platforms
- Creating objective-based performance models and implementing necessary attribution (pixels, tagging, tracking, etc.)
- Packing, tracking and making optimizations on a regular basis
- Exporting and sharing data with internal analysts and teams to supplement reporting
The ideal candidate:
- 4+ years of relevant, diverse media experience with a strong knowledge of online media – including media properties, online advertising, paid search, paid social, ad-serving, programmatic buying and media integration
- Understanding of the interaction between strategy, content and audience management
- Working knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
- Analytically strong with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and comprehensive follow through
