Senior Analyst

T3 is looking for a cross-functional data strategist - a versatile propellerhead who merges the best of Analytics and Data Science with the best in Digital Media practices. As part of the Intelligence team, the Senior Analyst will work to uncover relevant insights and collaborate with other disciplines and client teams to act on them to drive improvement in conversion, retention and customer value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leverage multiple datasets to create both manual reporting and automated BI solutions with analysis and dashboard visualizations that deliver actionable insights and drive campaign optimization and decision-making. 
  • Lead development of measurement frameworks and KPIs for performance monitoring and optimization of online marketing programs.
  • Work with channel leads to identify opportunities for increasing scale and improving efficient media selection and allocation on client's business performance.
  • Deliver executive-ready analytics reviews and strategic POVs supported by quantitative analysis and clear and concise communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver complex results and presentations and to build client relationships.
  • Support data operations and manage data quality assurance, identify data collection issues and gaps. Support web related tagging, including vendor pixels, UTM structures, and analytics implementation.
  • Prioritize and respond to ad-hoc requests for performance analysis from stakeholders on occasion

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master’s level degree or equivalent training and experience preferred, with focus on Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Marketing/Business Analytics.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in performance analysis and management of digital analytics in either an agency setting or consumer-facing enterprise.
  • Proficiency with Media and Web Analytics packages (DCM, Google Analytics 360, WebTrends, Adobe Analytics). Certifications are preferred as is competency with adjacent Customer Data and Attribution platforms.
  • Proven achiever of media-based performance analysis and campaign optimizations, across Display, SEM/SEO, Social and Programmatic.
  • Proficiency with database design, data management data visualization utilizing programming languages such as SQL and Python and BI tools including Tableau and Datorama.
  • Skilled at project management, with the ability to operate and prioritize work streams across multiple stakeholders and departments in different geographies.
  • Executive communicator who exudes strong business thinking at a Senior level.
  • Experience with media platforms including both network tools and 3rd party tools such as Doubleclick and Atlas.
  • Exceptional critical thinker and lateral problem solver who can distinguish between observations and insights derived from data and research and translate data into relevant recommendations to achieve marketing program objectives.
