We are looking for a highly conceptual mid-level art director who lives for creating beautifully, smart brand experiences across all channels, including digital, broadcast, social, print and more – someone who can do the work others are emulating.
You're a rare gem who's not only at home coming up with big, brand-level thinking for campaigns but also totally comfortable with fleshing them out in social, digital, web and maybe even email formats. One day you might be on a photo shoot, the next day designing brand elements and a social campaign.
In this position, you will have an opportunity to create a wide range of work. We’re looking for a talent who elevates brand and aesthetic with intuitive usability.
Specifics:
- 3+ years of brand experience, creating concepts that expand across all mediums and touch points.
- A conceptual powerhouse who can deliver world-class executions.
- Understands the role of social and how to connect with audiences in an authentic way.
- Can work across mediums from print to digital to video.
- Proven work directing photo and video shoots.
- Proven ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to support other art directors and senior leads while taking direction.
- Present your work to diverse client teams with clear and pointed articulation.
- Willing to mentor junior creatives and take direction from Sr AD’s, ACDs and CD.
