We have an immediate position available for a Social Media Coordinator (Community Manager) to help progress campaigns within T3’s social media practice from our Austin, TX office.
The Social Media Coordinator (Community Manager) is a crucial role for growing positive brand perception, ensuring content and responses are executed on time and efficiently. Your collaborative spirit, attention to detail and insight-mining will provide the path forward for strategic and creative recommendations.
Core Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should have a strong background and passion for social media and community management.
- Monitor, listen, respond to a high volume of users and cultivate meaningful online interactions.
- Jump into real-time social media conversations to build awareness and brand love
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Implement best practices for social listening, uploading, tagging, reporting and optimization of channels
- Assist Senior Strategists with daily asset management, execution and monthly calendars
- Implement real-time and crisis management processes that adhere to brand guidelines
- Produce weekly reports on recent social activity, providing insights and recommendations as needed
- Bring the social audience perspective into brainstorming session for campaign/content ideation
- Demonstrated capability to manage shifting prioritization and demands
The ideal candidate:
- Strong knowledge of social channels and social listening tools
- A self-starter and quick learner
- Must be prepared to communicate with many different people daily in a timely and professional manner
- Profound attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Experience in planning, organizing, and executing real-time response campaigns
- A proven track record of working independently, and the ability to meet deadlines and milestones with minimal supervision
- Curious, open-minded and a team player. Leaves the ego at the door and enjoys fast-pace environments
- Copy writing experience preferred, but not required
