RF communications experience. 5 years experience in software algorithm development and sensors/actuators. Experience with model based development. -Work with suppliers and various FCA groups to develop new electrical components, such as Ignition Coils, Spark Plugs, Cam and Crank Sensors from concept to production. Responsible for the total administration of the project-Work with suppliers to develop component level DVP&R. Continuously review progress of DV/PV testing. Address failures by defining root cause and corrective action-Work with suppliers to develop component Timing that meets FCA engine/vehicles Master Timing and maintain it throughout the project-Work with suppliers to timely develop, procure and deliver prototype parts to support engine/vehicle builds-Develop system DFMEA & DVPR. Conduct engine/vehicle level testingAdditional Preferred Qualifications (not required):-Knowledge of FCA Product Development Process, experience with various FCA product development tools, such CN/IAA, FastCar, E-cims, WIS/QNA, etc.-Experience with engine design, development and testing -- preferably Ignition System-Expedience with Ignition System components such as Ignition Coils, Spark Plugs, Cam and Crank SensorsRequirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
A minimum of 2 years of automotive engineering experience
Working knowledge of engine operation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in the use of basic PC software (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
Highly motivated, self-directed, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects
