THE CHALLENGE

Swell is looking for a hardworking, proactive  Account Executive, with experience in account development and winning deals. The AE is responsible for the end-to-end management of the sales process within a defined target vertical & territory. Candidate with experience selling SaaS or related marketing solutions preferred. Measures of success include pipeline generation, revenue delivered, quota obtainment, up-sell and optimization effectiveness, client satisfaction and retention levels, and contribution to overall sales team. 

Role will work from Swell HQ in Cottonwood Heights, UT 

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING

  • Closing deals. Priority number one. 
  • Build pipeline by email, phone, field marketing, direct mail campaigns,  and events
  • Drive specific product revenue by territory / industry 
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business objectives.
  • Perform outbound contact to existing customers to sell additional license and services.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of our service offerings.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.
  • Work closely with Swell's Client Success team to optimize the customer experience and uncover up-sell opportunities. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years proven track record of B2B sales expertise 
  • Experience selling SaaS a plus
  • Strong understanding of Value Selling Sales Methodology & Question Based Selling
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach.
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced start-up environment 
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment, partnering with all other organizations.
