WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Helping clients transition to fluent use of our software
- Solving common customer issues
- Responding to support requests
- Working closely with customers of all sizes
- Monitoring the health of accounts
- Identifying up-sell opportunities
- Communicating frequently with internal departments
- Ensuring overall customer satisfaction
- Helping Clients manage their product success
- Communicating with clients via inbound calls, outbound calls, chat, text and email
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 Years experience working in customer success, account management or customer support role
- Experience solving problems and working outside the box
- Experience using Salesforce.com a plus
- Experience working on several projects at the same time
- Experience in SaaS is a plus
- Friendly and enthusiastic people who love what they do
