Swell is looking for an entrepreneurial minded team member to help lead our customers success & account management initiatives.This person should be self-motivated and loves solving problems, building relationships with customers, and helping aid the health of our company.  This is a great opportunity for someone who has the grit and stomach for working at an early stage start-up. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


  • Helping clients transition to fluent use of our software
  • Solving common customer issues
  • Responding to support requests 
  • Working closely with customers of all sizes
  • Monitoring the health of accounts
  • Identifying up-sell opportunities 
  • Communicating frequently with internal departments
  • Ensuring overall customer satisfaction
  • Helping Clients manage their product success
  • Communicating with clients via inbound calls, outbound calls, chat, text and email

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS


  • 1-2 Years experience working in customer success, account management or customer support role
  • Experience solving problems and working outside the box
  • Experience using Salesforce.com a plus
  • Experience working on several projects at the same time
  • Experience in SaaS is a plus
  • Friendly and enthusiastic people who love what they do
  • Reliability. You do what you say you’re going to do
  • A strong work ethic
  • High level of time management skills
  • Strong, phone text, and email communications skills
  • Responsiveness.
