RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for defining and positioning the Swell brand and creating compelling content to deliver this message. This is an opportunity to help the market understand the value Swell brings to local businesses.
We are looking for a hands-on individual who can manage marketing and awareness building for the complete breadth Swells activities on a global basis. Responsibilities will include:
- Positioning
- Messaging
- Presentation Development
- Collateral Development (white papers, sales enablement, case studies)
- Website Properties
- PR
- Social Media
- Events
We are looking for an exceptional individual contributor who can also manage a rapidly growing team.
Travel: 15%, managing events
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing in high-tech/ SaaS B2B
- Small company experience, with ability to work independently on a wide variety of tasks
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experiences
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product leads
- Track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Track record of fostering team cohesion by leading and developing talented marketers
