Your impact:
As our VP of Product, you’ll lead and own the end-to-end customer experience across all of our product lines. We are uniquely positioned as an innovator at the forefront of the emerging employee experience space. While we're a B2B SaaS company, we are fortunate to have a product that has a direct, emotional link to potentially millions of end users. It is for them that you, along with our world class engineers and designers, will get to build an unforgettable, best-in-class user experience to celebrate their work, accomplishments, values and principles.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
  1. Own and deliver complex features and products that improve the end-to-end customer experience and drive meaningful growth in revenue
  2. Identify market opportunities, build business cases, prioritize, and define product vision and strategy through detailed and precise specs
  3. Partner and collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, engineering, user research, marketing and support teams
  4. Architect and build a world-class product organization spanning a wide dynamic range of features and use cases
  5. Hire and manage a team of PM and APMs as our product portfolio scales

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree from a Top-50 university
    1. Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related technical field
    2. Demonstrated academic achievement would be ideal (e.g. honors, Dean’s list, etc.)
  2. 5+ years of PM leadership experience working closely with high functioning engineering and design teams
    1. At either a product-centric SaaS or consumer technology company (game company would be ideal)
  3. Proven track record of product launches and iterations for complex customer-facing products
    1. Equally comfortable ideating, writing specs, working with engineering to build/test, shipping to prod, measuring performance, and creating analytical success models
  4. Structured problem solver and expert at prioritizing features
  5. An excellent design and aesthetic sense
    1. Ideally well-versed in theory and influential works on the topic (e.g. Art and Visual Perception)
  6. Career-focused and wanting to work hard in an impact-heavy role
  7. Has a mental framework that’s analytical and first-principles-based
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
