Overview:
As an Experience Curator you will be responsible for crafting bespoke Prize Catalogs for each of our clients and for working with vendors to drive partnership and volume discounts where possible. This role is a unique mix of professional services, marketing, vendor management, and research. This function is crucial to the success of our offering and will be a high-visibility role within the organization. However, it will be equal parts challenging, fun, and satisfying as you are literally in the business of making people happy :)
Description:
- Work with Customer Success to align deliverables to client objectives
- Research exciting, unique activities for both domestic and international areas
- Call prospective vendors to explain product, process, and our requirements
- Create visually appealing collateral and captivating descriptions for each Prize offering
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year University.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Vendor Management, Hospitality or related field
- Excellent verbal communicator and eloquent speaker
- Excellent grammar with no spelling mistakes
- Pleasant conversational manner both on the phone and in writing
- Team-first mentality & self-determined personality
