At Surf Air we consider our Member experience essential to our success. Our Concierge's top priority is to deliver a seamless, personalized, and exceptional experience to our Members. As a Surf Air Flight Concierge, you will be on the front line of our business and an ambassador of our brand. The Flight Concierge role requires strong interpersonal, time management, creative problem solving and communication skills. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a deep understanding of what it takes to provide our Members with the best experience possible.
What you’ll do:
· Deliver above-and-beyond customer service to Members and guests of Surf Air
· Develop relationships with Members, creating lasting impressions and providing a personal touch to their experience
· Assist pilots with the boarding and arrival process
· Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each Member’s experience and brainstorm with your Flight Concierge teammates, operations, marketing and product teams
· Master our internal flight management system in order to efficiently and effectively process flight bookings, operations procedures, and Member profiles
· Channel Member inquiries to other areas of the business such as sales, technology, marketing and design
· Maintain the Surf Air brand standards and consistency in the ground experience

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Experience & Education:
Experience in a service or hospitality related environment desired.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, or equivalent experience a huge plus!
