Sales Executive (Commission Only)

Surf Air is looking for Commission Only Sales Executives to join its successful, expanding sales team. This is a flexible opportunity and available to any qualified US-sales person, especially those based in California or Texas. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business then we want to hear from you. 

As a Sales Executive, your responsibility will be to source and sign up new members by utilizing your new business development and sales skills. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Surf Air products and services  
  • Build your own pipeline of qualified potential members. 
  • Deliver an exceptional, bespoke sales experience for our prospects 
  • Consistently achieve revenue expectations. 
  • Manage and report on a large pipeline of leads and opportunities 
  • Work across multiple platforms, including our internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Live Chat and LinkedIn
  • Understand and effectively communicate Surf Air’s value proposition, technology, processes partnerships as they relate to growth of current and prospective member accounts. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 2 - 3 years of sales experience 
  • Excellent sales skills including the ability to quickly create and build relationships 
  • Demonstrated track record of success and established relationships 
  • Strong analytical and consultative skills 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills 
  • Technology savvy and organized 
  • Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

  • This job is *COMMISSION ONLY* with a realistic and achievable OTE of $80,000 Per Annum
