Surf Air is looking for Commission Only Sales Executives to join its successful, expanding sales team. This is a flexible opportunity and available to any qualified US-sales person, especially those based in California or Texas. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business then we want to hear from you.
As a Sales Executive, your responsibility will be to source and sign up new members by utilizing your new business development and sales skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Surf Air products and services
- Build your own pipeline of qualified potential members.
- Deliver an exceptional, bespoke sales experience for our prospects
- Consistently achieve revenue expectations.
- Manage and report on a large pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Work across multiple platforms, including our internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Live Chat and LinkedIn
- Understand and effectively communicate Surf Air’s value proposition, technology, processes partnerships as they relate to growth of current and prospective member accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 - 3 years of sales experience
- Excellent sales skills including the ability to quickly create and build relationships
- Demonstrated track record of success and established relationships
- Strong analytical and consultative skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Technology savvy and organized
- Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
