Project Manager

Here at Summit, we believe it takes more than quality AV equipment to get the message across. It takes quality people. And people are the driving force behind everything we do. Our mission is to equip churches across the nation with the audio, video, and lighting tools they need to effect real change in their local communities as well as the global community at large. Does that sound like something you can get behind? Good, you’re in the right place!

The Project Management team is crucial to the success of Summit. Project Managers not only execute on projects and services from a technical standpoint, but they also build relationships with our clients and communicate the passion that Summit has for the local church.
A keen attention to detail while still being able to maintain a bird’s eye view of an AV Install project is crucial for success in this role. You must be able to communicate openly and efficiently with all parties involved, from the church staff to general contractors to the Summit team back home. Project Managers are not just “check the box” type people. PMs are the ones who check the boxes, realize there are at least 50 more boxes that need to be added, and then goes above and beyond that to meet the needs of the churches Summit works with. Being able to see an AV system from its conception to its completion is the bare minimum. Being able to build up relationships with the people we partner with is what makes Summit Project Managers stand apart.
