In-House Photographer and Marketing Assistant 

Full Time/Year round 


This position is primarily responsible for taking photographs and videos of our properties as they come onto our property management program or at the Homeowners’ request.  Additional responsibilities include taking photos and videos of resort events, weather, employees, etc. This position will also work with our Marketing department for content marketing and other tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager. This position requires the ability to work independently and manage your own projects as well as working closely with our Marketing Manager and Owner Services Rep. 

Core duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
  • Take photos and video tours of properties listed by priority
  • Take photos and videos of events in Keystone
  • Write & create short posts, videos and blogs for social media and website
  • Edit photos and video
  • Manage projects independently
  • Work collaboratively with the owner services and marketing teams
  • Communicate with homeowners
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them as directed to facilitate their success
  • Prepare, format and edit a range of documents, reports, spreadsheets and administrative support for marketing team

Qualifications and skills: 
  • Ability to take initiative, show good judgement, and manage projects from beginning to end
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to be on time for events and meet deadlines
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate professionally over the phone and email
  • Flexibility to work select special events outside of regular office hours when needed 
  • Ability to secure own transportation to and from assignments
  • Strong writing skills & social media marketing experience a plus 
  • Experience in Real Estate photography highly desired, but not required. 
  • Must be willing to work weekends and events, on a flexible schedule that changes with demand and seasons

Education and/or Experience: 
  • Bachelors/Associates degree in photography or related and/or at least 2 years of relevant experience in real estate photography
