SummitCove Property Management is looking to expand our Owner Support Team in Keystone.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- responding to homeowner calls and emails
- providing outstanding customer service to our current homeowners.
We have over 275 properties in Keystone that are all privately owned, some owners live here in Colorado and come up to stay often. Other owners live farther away and mostly communicate by phone and email.
The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with homeowners to provide timely and accurate responses, assist the homeowner with renovation and improvement recommendations, communicate well with our maintenance and housekeeping staff and help the guest services team when needed.

As an Owner Support Team Member you should be able to listen well, be respectful, honest, caring and make good decisions. This job can be very rewarding when the owner compliments you to let you know you did a great job handling their issues and their property.
Experience in owner support/customer service is highly desired, but we will train the right candidate.
Must have open availability to work varied and flexible hours. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our office is open from 7am to 11pm, and shifts are typically during the day within 7am-7pm. We have at least one owner team member on staff every day of the week to make sure our owners are always taken care of in a timely manner.
