SummitCove Lodging is looking to hire a Guest Services Representative to help our guests have an amazing vacation!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Checking guests in and out of our properties
- Communication with guests in person and over the phone
- Communicating and helping with other departments
- Assisting guests with questions or concerns
- Advising guests on Keystone activities and events, lift tickets, rentals, etc.
- Working with multiple different programs on the computer at a time
- Projects that help prevent issues before guests arrive
- Occasionally running errands like lock outs, delivering items, etc.
Our guests come from all over the state, country and worldwide to stay in Keystone and enjoy the mountains year round. Our Guest Services Team is responsible for making sure their stay is beyond all expectations.
The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, enthusiastic, and have exceptional customer service skills. This individual will be very detail oriented and focused on making customers happy. Experience in customer service is highly desired, but we will train the right candidate.
As a Guest Services Representative you should be able to listen well, be respectful, honest, caring and make good decisions. This job can be very rewarding when the guest checks out and lets you know that their stay was everything they hoped for and more!

Applicants must have open availability to work varied and flexible hours. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our office is open 24 hours, shifts for this position are 8 hours between 7am to 11pm. This is a summer seasonal position with the possibility to become year round based on performance and need.
