Calling all Night Owls!

SummitCove Lodging is looking for an enthusiastic nightowl to join our Guest Services Team! If you enjoy the late night hours this is the job for you! There is some flexibility with this position depending on how many hours you want to work! We are looking for someone to work either four 10 hour shifts or five 8 hour shifts-whatever works best with your schedule! The shifts would range from 9pm-7am or 11pm-7am. Starting pay is $16.75/hour with awesome benefits!

You should enjoy the satisfaction of helping make a guest’s day by being a friendly face or voice that is there to help them, no matter the time of night. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and be comfortable working independently both with guests and completing basic office tasks. We would like our night owl to be organized, dependable, enthusiastic, self motivated and have top notch customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Answering all guest questions and assisting them both in person and over the phone 
  • Delivering items such as fans, humidifiers, etc to guests when requested
  • Project work in and out of properties
  • Running reports and filing items each night
  • Providing information about the resort and each condo
