Account Manager

Overview
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical, creative and communication skills. The primary responsibilities of this role will be buying, tracking, and optimizing ad campaigns.  We’re an awesome place to work and we pride ourselves on our culture…but we also work hard! Responsibilities:
  • Execute campaigns across social, display & search (training will be provided)
  • Analyze performance data for each campaign & implement strategies and optimizations
  • Manage and update campaign reporting
  • Understand clients needs and metrics and communicate actionable insights

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree; advanced degree a plus
  • Some knowledge of digital marketing
  • Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies and iterative test-and-learn optimization practices
  • Sharp eye for detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
