B2B, SaaS Customer Success Associate (Account Manager)

About the Role:
This role will report directly to the Head of Customer Success and will have an exceptional amount of responsibility and visibility within the Customer Success team as well as the broader stensul organization. This individual will lead all efforts within customer support and ensure our customers are consistently receiving best-in-class service and ongoing value from our platform.

This role will assist the Customer Success team with important account management functions in order to deliver a stellar end-to-end customer experience while coordinating, managing, and nurturing client relationships. Given the visibility of this role and the fast-growing nature of our company, there is plenty of opportunity to grow.

What You’ll Do:
  • Providing exceptional Customer Support with proactive, professional communication
  • Managing the support queue and customer requests to deliver stellar customer service
  • Creating and analyzing customer and platform reporting
  • Collecting platform feedback and therefore impacting product enhancements
  • Assisting with the creation of valuable Strategic Business Reviews
  • Perform trainings for end-users of the platform and enable their success through the development of additional education materials

Who You Are:
  • Passionate about customer success and dedicated to building a trusting relationship with our clients
  • An account coordinator or account manager working at ESPs and agencies and/or focused on email. So you must have some experience working with email operations 
  • MUST be a self-starter who combines a high level of creativity/initiative with strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adapts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change
  • Exhibits enthusiasm and excitement through their work
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks quickly and effectively
  • Some knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience in project management (bonus points if specific to email)
