Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a talented hunter for lead qualification and development to join our Arlington, Virginia office, focusing on the US and European markets. This role involves researching companies and contacts, coordinating inbound and outbound campaigns, and qualifying each opportunity before sending to a Sales Executive. It is a fast-paced role that fits high-energy sales people with substantial opportunity for growth.

What You'll Do
  • The Sales Development Rep (SDR) will work to uncover and create new opportunities that result in closed business
  • Connecting with prospects using phone and email and responding to all inbound leads
  • This position will be measured in both new meetings and pipeline, and closed business
  • Working closely with a small, focused sales team to accelerate sales cycle and to extend reach into target accounts
  • Representing the company with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communicationsWhat's Required:
  • Strong drive to improve, receive coaching and learn on the job
  • Minimum 1-3 years of inside sales experience, focused on B2B (enterprise preferred)
  • Proven over achievement record
  • Excellent phone & email communication skills
  • Methodological and organized approach to using Salesforce
  • Curiosity to understand our customers and their business problems
  • Network & relationship building skills
