    This position is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Essential job responsibilities include:
    • Developing and administering human resources plans, procedures, and processes that relate to all company personnel
    • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
    • Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
    This position is responsible for the oversight of all employees in the HR department, which includes the performance management of HR employees. Oversight of or completion of the following tasks either by the HR Manager or other HR employees include:
    • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel
    • Reviewing and/or revising the company’s compensation programs
    • Collection of payroll-related information and preparation for payroll processing
    • Creating and revising job descriptions
    • Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s performance evaluation program
    • Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
    • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
    • Performing benefits administration
    • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
    • Overseeing exit interviews
    • Maintaining department records and reports
    • Participating in administrative staff meetings
    • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
    • Planning and preparations for company events
    • Developing and implementation of any non-wage-related employee incentive programs
    • Make recommendations to the company’s leadership based on analyses of worker productivity and satisfaction, maximizing the value of all employees and ensuring all human resources are being utilized as efficiently as possible
