HR Manager

Key Responsibilities include / but not limited too:
  • Manage the performance review process and associated tools
  • Implementing and revising the Company’s compensation program
  • Creating and revising job descriptions
  • Conducting annual salary surveys
  • Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  • Oversee exit interviews
  • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
  • Understand and articulate to new hires and current employees the Company’s pay policy and benefits information
  • Management of employee training
  • Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees
  • Organizational planning at a department level 

Requirements: 
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Management, or Organization Development
  • At least 5+ years of related human resources experience
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred
  • Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement preferred
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Positive attitude and ability to communicate and work with different types of personalities

Preferred:
  • SHRM Certification
