Paid Search & Social Analyst
Springbox is looking for an eager learner who can assist in day-to-day execution of Paid Search and Paid Social on our high-performing, fast paced Demand Generation team. The Paid Search & Social Analyst is a critical part of the team, responsible for creating, managing, and growing our PPC & Paid Social campaigns in order to drive measurable revenue for our clients. The Paid Search & Social Analyst is responsible for data analysis, reporting, researching and optimizing client campaigns while measuring and reporting on all KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute best practice campaign strategies, structure, and reporting
  • Create and execute successful keyword & audience management, creative testing, and bidding strategies on PPC & Paid Social to effectively achieve customer acquisition goals.
  • Provide campaign insights through keyword, audience and competitor research and keyword testing
  • Execute campaign guided optimizations daily across all clients
  • Write Search & Social ad copy for all client campaigns
  • Conduct detailed SEM & Paid Social Audits for campaign research
  • Coordinate forecasts and budgeting with other members of the media team
  • Communicate with members of the demand generation team daily on campaign pacing and learnings
  • Manage campaign budgets daily

 
Requirements

  • 1+ years Search Engine Marketing experience
  • 1+ years of Paid Social Marketing experience
  • Deep understanding of Paid Search and Social performance metrics.
  • Strong research capabilities
  • Excellent Ad copy writing skills
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and high attention to detail
  • High level of independence and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel




Prefered

  • Google Ads Certified
  • Experience managing or reporting LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of large scale search campaign structure
  • Solid knowledge of current and emerging SEM & Paid Social trends and technologies
  • Proficient at conversion tracking and pixel placement.
  • Attribution Modeling knowledge is a plus
  • Technical SEO capabilities are a plus
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • B2B experience
