SPIXII designs, builds and services automated insurance virtual agents (aka bots) redesigning the way people interact with insurance from buying to claiming. SPIXII started in January 2016 and is now recognised as a leading technology company with a track record in the insurance industry. The SPIXII team combines experience in insurance, actuarial science, economics, service design, data science and high-performance computing.

About the role: Ambassador - give me a mission and I will channel it to the world
As a highly motivated business development analyst or sales executives with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be playing a key role in supporting SPIXII growth and approach building relationships with new clients.

Channelling the communication to the outside world as well as inside the organisation, you will be able to spot trends in the market allowing the product team to develop the next innovation. By working closely with engineers, product analysts, sales associates and marketing teams, you will continuously improve SPIXII delivery framework, methodologies and processes.

Innovation is a cornerstone of SPIXII’s success, you will be expected to collaborate with the team to propose new ways to approach client acquisition. If you have existing contacts in the insurance industry you are encouraged to create your own network and identified potential leads for business and or growth.

Hard skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills both written and verbal (including presentation skills)
- Knowledge of insurance industry
- Working knowledge Salesforce or HubSpot for Sales (preferred)
- Additional European language is a plus e.g. French, German, Spanish, Italian
- Degree in business (or related professional qualification)
- Diploma or certification from CII is a plus
