As a people person who can relay SPIXII’s message concisely and effectively, you will be expected to build a targeted database of relevant prospects to create incremental opportunities for the sales team.

Teamwork is key. You will work closely with the marketing, product and sales team managers to improve sales and market knowledge from your research. Relationships are key and SPIXII has a robust network that you will have access to and grow with your integrity. With a problem-solving mindset, you will also need to explore and broaden your own network to source and nurture leads. 

No experience in sales is required.

Hard skills
- Proficiency in MS Office or G Suite
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills both written and verbal (including presentation skills and active listenning)
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
- Working knowledge of HubSpot for Sales preferred
- Additional European language preferred e.g. French, German, Spanish, Italian
- Degree in business (or related professional qualification e.g. legal, accounting)
