We generate substantial leads for our account executives and have averaged over 30 new opportunities per month per AE over the past twelve months, and each of our account executives have closed business in their first month at Spiro.

At Spiro, you will receive training and mentoring from some of the most dynamic sales professionals in Boston, and our compensation package includes no cap on commissions and stock options

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and close business on a monthly basis
  • Demonstrate the benefits of Spiro to prospective customers
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with prospects
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Work cross functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to translate market feedback imperative for the Spiro product development roadmap


QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Track record of high achievement
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • The ability and desire to work in a dynamic challenging startup environment
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • A naturally curious and passionate attitude
