JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Orient our new customers to the features and benefits of Spiro's proactive relationship management solution
- Work closely and collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement appropriate customer communication plans
- Enthusiastically communicate with your specific accounts to gather feedback, resolve issues and increase customer happiness.
- Translate customer feedback for the Spiro product development roadmap
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
- Knowledge about sales processes and CRM
- Experience in solving customer problems a plus
- The ability and desire to work in a dynamic challenging startup environment
- A naturally curious and passionate attitude
