responsibilities
• greeting and assisting guests
• scheduling appointments and answering phones
• checking guests in/out and ensuring accuracy of all transactions
• membership, spa boutique and product sales
• provide education to guests regarding our spavia story, spa boutique products and items, and our treatments offered for optimal results
• maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space and reception area, includes laundry and cleaning spa area

requirements:

• combined education and previous customer service / administrative and retail experience is strongly desired job
• must be able to lift 25+ lbs
type: full-time or part-time position, must be available for both day and evening shift.
pay: $12/hour* PLUS bonus opportunity (could earn upwards of $15/hour)
