Community Manager | Venice

WHAT YOUR FRIENDS WILL THINK YOU DO:
Lounge on the beach for midday meetings. Go on leisurely bike rides around the Venice Canals with clients. Decipher weird TikTok trends with coworkers. And generally doing the same thing you always do--check your social feeds incessantly and geek out about new digital trends.

WHAT YOU’LL REALLY DO:
  • Checking social feeds incessantly and geeking out about new digital trends -- except now it will be with people who get just as excited
  • Function as the owner of multiple brand social channels for major space150 clients
  • Work with creative, and account teams to determine objectives and plans for brands
  • Lead executions and activations by collaborating closely with creative team on breakthrough marketing
  • Post, reply, and update content on client accounts
  • Craft and reshape content and ideas that will drive engagement across existing and new media channels using paid media targeting and amplification
  • Monitor and manage communities for brands, and be responsible for solving problems before/after regular business hours when needed
  • Work closely with senior members of the agency to report on campaigns that tell stories of our work, our culture, and our thought leadership
  • Deliver consistent high-quality level work and meet all internal deadlines
  • Clearly articulate (verbal and written) work both internally and externally
  • Manage, optimize, and report on client campaigns internally, identifying needed adjustments and optimizations to senior media team members
  • Contribute to media planning projects and client presentations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU:
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Hands-on and strategic experience in digital/PR/social media
  • At least 3-5 years in the industry, or relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge and curiosity of digital media
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience overseeing, optimizing, and executing social budgets across multiple platforms
  • Desire to operate at a high level
  • Experience or interest in working with a gaming industry client
  • LA-based applicants only
