WHAT YOU’LL REALLY DO:

- Anticipate and address emotional and environmental needs for your project and client teams
- Act as business liaison between space150 and the client on active projects by communicating client needs clearly to the internal team
- Support and coordinate projects, independently lead others
- Identify and resolve project issues before they escalate
- Perform client-facing tasks, including presenting, work planning, and status discussions
- Accurately report and analyze, identifying opportunities to lead solutions
- Ensure space150 projects are profitable
- Author and present project kickoff documentation
- Assist with leading department initiatives and processes
- Report issues/concerns to your Project Supervisor
- Work with client and team to outline project scope, timing, and budget and manage these items throughout a project’s lifecycle
- Manage internal and client expectations throughout each project, clearly communicating status and next steps
- Coordinate and manage vendors for projects that require it, including gathering quotes, facilitating contracts, managing scope and serving as main communication liaison between space150 and vendor
- Track budgets for costs to date and manage in a proactive manner
- Review all creative and make sure it is consistent with creative brief objectives
- Communicate project timeline to client and obtain approvals accordingly
- Write meeting notes that clearly document communications and outline next steps and share with client and internal teams. Facilitate next steps internally via setting up necessary meetings and calls.
- Work with space150 technical team to develop technical specifications and route to client for approval
- Assemble project teams and accurately forecast allocations throughout a project’s lifecycle
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure proper and timeline invoicing and hours reports are completed on time and with accuracy

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU
- 2-4 years of experience managing creative or technical projects in an ad agency, marketing department, or software development setting
- Experience in client services and negotiating business decisions
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Extraordinary proven teamwork and collaboration skills
- A high degree of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to think strategically to solve business problems
- Experience using Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and web-based project management tools a plus
- Experience or familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CMS, the capabilities of web browsers across multiple platforms, and new technologies a plus
- Ability to interface with clients at various levels
