MISSION STATEMENT
As a steward of the brand reputation for clients and the agency, this team member is a digital native steeped in brand strategy and social media experience and is always on the lookout for the next best engagement strategy or channel.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Ability to flex between brand strategy, content strategy and have a base understanding of paid media in order to combine these different areas of expertise when crafting strategies for our clients
  • Deep understanding of social media channels and emerging trends in digital and social media - Is a strategic and executional expert in social and emerging media, knowing how to craft and reshape content and ideas that will drive maximum engagement across existing and new media channels, with paid media targeting and amplification
  • Offer a consultative point of view to our clients and a strong voice for the agency
  • Explore unlikely combinations to arrive at new solutions that propel brands forward
  • Link functional/departmental strategy to overall agency business objectives
  • Manage process improvement and strategy within strategy department
  • Lead client meetings, facilitate workshops, and build trusted high-level relationships with clients by providing insightful counsel
  • Develop sound rationale and solid arguments to help space150 serve its mission to destroy convention and create demand
  • Attentively mentor and manage team members
  • Hire, train, and develop experienced talent
  • Play a lead role in the new business process by evaluating audience, competitive, economic, and cultural landscapes to create strategic frameworks
  • Influence the creative product to ensure the strategy is threaded and the work is aligned to client needs
  • Build smart, succinct decks to support the selling of our ideas and captivate a room while presenting them

BACKGROUND
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
  • Mastery of all functions of both traditional brand planning and digital strategy
  • A belief that creativity can solve any problem
