Executive Creative Director | Minneapolis

Position Overview
The Executive Creative Director at space150 is responsible for establishing and clearly articulating the creative vision of the agency, as well as overseeing, leading and managing the Minneapolis personnel and process ensuring creative output delivers to the highest standards. The space150 ECD is an innovative visionary who is passionate about new ideas, culture and innovation in order to inspire the team and our clients to reach the next level. As the agency’s chief creative spokesperson and strategist, the ECD serves as a visible figure to both clients and to the industry. The ECD bears final responsibility for the quality of the creative products of the space150 Minneapolis office. 

  • Lead, inspire, grow, manage and empower the space150 creative teams
  • Drive agency to ensure that our work is leading the industry
  • By example and direction foster a reputation for creative excellence
  • Gain trust from senior clients by selling and delivering creative solutions that are unique, innovative and drive business results
  • Sell space150’s creative services to new business clients through unique process and groundbreaking work
  • Stays current on digital and cultural trends and cultivate an environment of pushing boundaries to stay ahead of the competition
  • Oversees the creative workflow and output as a whole, ensuring creative standards meet or exceed expectations
  • Direct and guide creative strategy reviews and explorations on all brands within the agency
  • Cultivate solid relationships with client management personnel, as well as with management in other departments of the agency
  • Participation in the agency’s most critical decision-making deliberations
  • Work in collaboration with space150s executive leadership team to ensure progress towards agency vision
  • Identify and implement short-term and long-term creative department goals
