  • Be curious and eager to talk about your insights on human behavior--only you’ll be doing it with others who are just as excited about the same things
  • Take disparate pieces of information and crystallize them into a single, distilled point of view
  • Own planning, brand strategy for the accounts you work on; this could be annual planning or it could be quick turn ‘planning’ for a project due in a few days)
  • Get into the weeds of your clients’ business and build trusted relationships that go beyond communication strategy to deliver growth
  • Identify unexpected insights via primary and secondary research
  • Partner with the Creative teams to create convention destroying work that meets client objectives
  • Partner with technologists to better understand how technology is woven throughout people’s lives and how the teams can create more human tech experiences.
  • Partner with Media and Social teams to build communication strategies that effectively reach the right people
  • Work with client teams through the design and facilitation of hands-on workshops
  • Contribute to the new business process by evaluating the audience, competitive, and cultural landscapes to guide the pitch process--attending pitches when appropriate
  • Draw on your experience designing and executing both primary and secondary research to define key insights
  • Have an enthusiastic and solution-oriented mindset, especially when the pressure’s on
  • Be a self-starter who proactively feeds their team insights and inspiration
  • Add to the intellectual IP and thought leadership of the agency

Experience & Attributes
  • Will uphold our space150 values: ownership, attitude and awareness
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
  • Experience and insight into all functions of both traditional account planning and digital strategy
  • A high degree of integrity
  • A belief that creativity can solve any problem
