About this role
The Provider Account Management Team is responsible for ensuring that our growing network of SonderMind Providers are fully equipped to utilize our software and are at full client-volume capacity. We are looking for a Provider Account Manager to join the team in order to support the continued growth, engagement, and success of our SonderMind Provider Network. Our Provider Account Managers onboard, train and help providers achieve their individual goals in private practice and are focused on driving increased product utilization as well as high provider satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifetime.

Who are we looking for
Our Provider Account Managers serve as the primary point of contact for a pipeline of providers once they are approved to join the network. Our Account Managers persistently guide providers through the necessary behavioral and actionable steps from activation to maximum client volume while working cross-functionally with internal teams to decrease time-to-activation. As such, our ideal candidate for this role possesses exceptional communication and people influencing skills in order to optimally support our providers while meeting our aggressive department goals. Our ideal candidate will be metrics-oriented, capable of balancing a large number of ongoing relationships, and must be passionately invested in helping healthcare providers overcome challenges in order to keep them engaged and satisfied. 

Gotta Have This:
  • 1-2 years in a SaaS Account Management or a Customer Success function
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding pipeline-related targets
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration in order to achieve department goals 
  • Demonstrated success in managing 50 or more customer accounts 

Nice to Have: 
  • Experience with adult training or onboarding
  • Healthcare and/or behavioral health experience
  • Experience with process improvement 
  • Startup experience

Expected Outcomes:
  • Within one week: Fully understand the provider onboarding and activation process and become an expert on our software
  • Within two weeks: Have scheduled touchpoints with all providers in your pipeline
  • Within one month: Have activated a minimum of 15 providers; have identified areas for onboarding and account management improvements 
  • Within two months: Achieving monthly activation targets; increasing provider engagement and client volume
