About this role
This individual will serve as a cross-functional, project-based resource and internal consultant to drive towards SonderMind’s company goals. Upon joining, you will be responsible for multiple projects that may range from informing research-based business decisions, standing up new business initiatives, or supporting business unit owners in meeting their own strategic objectives. 
 
Example projects may include:
  • Develop a new market playbook to guide growth and expansion strategy
  • Design processes and launch pilots with payor and provider partners 
  • Evaluate processes and ROI of current initiatives and make 'go/no-go' recommendation
  • Evaluate and implement systems or solutions to support company scaling
  • Analyze and implement a marketing channel analysis, by customer and market segmentation
  • Develop financial models for various at-risk and fee-for-service opportunities
  • Optimize and document processes for customer support operations

Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate for this role has experience and has shown progression and driven quantifiable outcomes in their career. This individual is influential, can work cross-functionally, can project manage many stakeholders, and can use data to tell a story and drive towards a business decision. This individual likes to see the big picture, but can also be tactical and get into the weeds to follow through until the job is done. Our projects take more than slides and excel models to complete! Individuals who can be resourceful and work cross-functionally with imperfect information, and implement a process or define a solution with SonderMind’s future needs in mind will be most successful.

Gotta Have This:
  •  At least 3-4 years of professional experience - this is NOT an entry level job as you will be expected to operate highly independently 
  • Influential Team Player: Ability to influence cross-functionally without formal authority to meet shared objectives
  • Data-driven: Use data to make recommendations and get to the best answer
  • Critical thinking: Ability to quickly digest information and dissect a problem, ask ‘why’ and be comfortable with finding a solution without perfect information
  • Process and solution-driven: Ability to identify the solution and get into the weeds to implement it
  • Organized self-starter: Proven cross-functional project management and ability to stay organized with multiple stakeholders and workstreams and drive towards outcomes 
 
Nice to Have This:
  • Experience in healthcare and/or fast-growing technology organizations
  • Undergraduate and/or graduate degree from a top university
