  • About the Role

    Perfect is looking for a talented Multimedia Specialist to produce impactful B2B content for our target of Builders / Subcontractors. 

    The right candidate will leverage their skills to create content that educates, inspires, and informs our audience on the extensive range of services that Perfect can offer our target market. 

    This role will require a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills to create high impact evergreen content, lead-converting resources, and shareable creative projects.

    Content Creation and Amplification
    • Produce highly valuable and creative content focused on adding improving the companies profile in the market.
    • Create resources to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include catalogues, price lists, infographics, guides, videos etc.)
    • Effectively tell a story while conveying messages that connect Perfect and our customers
    • Ensure all content is on-brand, with a consistent tone of voice, style and quality, and is optimised for search and user experience across all channels
    • Set and execute on mutually agreed targets and timelines related to content creation and performance

    Skills
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various content types
    • Able to produce content that is rich with best-practice industry knowledge and customer insight, while aligning to business objectives
    • Team player that works well with colleagues from various departments
    • Process-driven with a demonstrated success in developing and implementing new content marketing processes involving multiple departments and/or geographies
    • Excellent verbal and written communications across local and targeted international markets with the ability to quickly create and/or modify existing content for use in multiple channels
    • Excellent proofreading, copy editing, presentation and communication skills
    • Ability to leverage marketing tools including but not limited to Analytics, EDM, Marketing Automation, CMS and CRM tools
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Ability to design company Catalogues / Proposals / Business Cards / Uniforms / Signage
    • Experience with Video Editing (Adobe Premiere / Final Cut) would be a big advantage
    • Experience creating / publishing content on Social Media Networks such as LinkedIn

    Experience
    • Demonstrated work experience within a marketing and/or communications capacity (Ideally 3+ years )
    • Demonstrated experience and understanding of content marketing
    • Experience of marketing in the Construction Industry a big advantage.
    • Video Content creation experience will be highly regarded
    • Photography experience will be highly regarded
    • Graphic Design experience would be a big advantage
    • Content Marketing experience in the Construction Industry will be highly regarded
    • Experience in the Construction Industry will be highly regarded
    • Experience coding in HTML5 / PHP a distinct advantage

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent Tertiary Qualifications) in Marketing, Communications, Creative Multimedia, Graphic Design or Digital Marketing.
