Senior Manager, Acquisition Marketing
 
The Senior Manager of Acquisition Marketing is a critical position on the marketing team at Soko Glam that will lead acquisition strategy and initiatives to fuel growth for the company
 
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Director of Marketing on development of growth strategies to acquire new customers in an effective, impactful manner
  • Manage acquisition marketing channels and oversee existing, and development of new, online channel activity including SEO, affiliate and paid media
  • Continuously explore ways to bring new customers into the marketing funnel, while increasing the efficiency of media and channels to build brand awareness
  • Optimize all initiatives by owning a test-and-learn plan that helps drive the most impactful mix of tactics across acquisition channels
  • Bring innovation to the brand and customer experience, exploring new technologies and customer engagement trends for acquisition strategies
  • Develop a customer acquisition marketing scorecard, and track, analyze and report on strategy, diving into insights that inform the broader strategy
  • Analyze website traffic from specific channels to fully understand consumer path to purchase and optimize while educating internal teams on best performing/worst performing content and pages to improve overall site experience
  • Develop and manage relevant marketing budget and negotiations for all third party resources
  • Collaborate with brand marketing and other cross-functional teams for campaign execution
 

Qualifications
  • 5+ years digital marketing experience (acquisition marketing preferred)
  • Beauty industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • The ideal candidate will be motivated, creative, results-orientated, and possess the ability to communicate complex ideas in ways that are simple to understand
  • High energy and flexible in a constantly evolving entrepreneurial team environment
  • Excels in fast-paced, high-volume and deadline-driven environment
  • Proven strategic, problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and influencing skills with impeccable attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
  • High degree of initiative to drive projects to completion
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work extremely well across functions, successfully bringing people together toward common goals and to consensus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, people, and initiatives in parallel
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Go-getter: sense of urgency: Exceptional project management experience and ability to work well under pressure
  • Proven ability to lead (a high performance team), build relationships, and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
