Tasks and Opportunities
  • Possess a passion for social media and influencer culture
  • Strong design skills with a premium sensibility
  • Transform organic influencer posts into dynamic digital advertising assets across multiple social media platforms
  • A strong understanding of what makes great ad creative dark post assets on multiple social media platforms
  • Have a strong creative vision and also understand that great creative isn’t great unless it sells
  • Experience with creative assets across different stages of the marketing funnel
  • Comfortable designing in a deadline, fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent campaigns
  • Maintain accuracy of all content


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Graphic Design or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience with social media platforms and a deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube and other social channels
  • Proficiency within the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and working knowledge of editing software like Premiere, Final Cut, AVID, etc.
  • Comfortable with Facebook Creative Hub
  • Proven working experience as a Social Media Designer
  • 3-5 years of overall combined design experience
  • Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, creative startup environment 
  • Resourceful and proactive
  • Strong organization and time-management skills while prioritizing attention to detail 
  • Hardworking with a tenacious demeanor 
  • Communication is your forte. You should be an excellent written, visual and verbal, communicator across all mediums
  • Ability to balance multiple projects at once with a high level of organization and time management 
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly evolving environment while balancing needs across clients, talent, and the organization
  • Collaborative working style with willingness to accept input from account stakeholders
  • Proactive, resourceful, efficient, and comfortable asking questions
  • The ideal candidate has a strong interest in the constantly evolving influencer and social media landscape with their fingers on the pulse of what’s next and where the industry is going
