Junior Account Manager for France

With the exponential growth of valuable content displayed on social media, the appetite for Socialbakers solutions has never been more apparent. Socialbakers has grown from a small start up to an internationally recognized partner for the top Fortune 500 companies spread across 15 offices world-wide. To continue on our expansion mission and keep up with the market demand, Socialbakers is expanding its sales team in the region based in our Paris office.

A Junior Account Manager is responsible for successfully selling and delivering the Socialbakers value proposition to our existing clients within given portfolio and region. Clients will consist of brands, companies, as well as media and agencies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the Enterprise Account Manager to execute sales strategy on the most important clients of Socialbakers
  • Build and maintain an excellent relationship with current strategic clients 
  • Develop this relationship, so your clients renew their current agreement with Socialbakers and derive more value by using more of the current purchased product, and/or another product from the Socialbakers platform
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for Socialbakers' Suite of products and solutions 
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products 
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future


Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous successful client facing experience would be a big advantage
  • Professional level in English and French
  • Knowledge of social media marketing would be a big plus
  • Superior communications skills 
  • A sharp focus on your goals and the ability to advance the vision of the department, street-smart, emotional intelligence, creativity, a powerful work ethic and competitive drive to be the best, tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • The ability to deal with objections
