Must Haves –
- 2 years of recruiting experience
- Experience working with 1 or 2 ATS systems (applicant tracking systems)
- Should have experience of working with 10-12 positions at a given time
- Must have experience with various sourcing techniques, such as Boolean, X-raying, etc
- Should have used the leading job portals
- Knowledge of EEOC laws
Nice to have –
Experience with hiring in architectural companies or NON-IT companies
