Our client is searching for a Managing Director for their Interior Design Studio.
The Managing Director is expected to have natural leadership abilities and to bring a proven ability to collaboratively work with an established group of creative designers. As the manager of an Interior Design practice within a larger firm structure, the Managing Director will be responsible for engaging with clients, leading the development of scope and fee proposals, ensuring appropriate resources for project delivery and meeting project deliverables and schedules. The Managing Director will support and manage our product lines and purchasing department and encourage a culture of mentorship and development. The Managing Director will also interface with our financial and administrative teams. While candidates with interior design backgrounds are preferred, this is not a design position.
