Location – Plano, TX
We are a start-up focusing on impacting the hiring challenges for clients by providing the right talent solutions and managing the recruiting process for our clients. We help mid-market companies by providing RPO services.
The role –
Must haves –
· 2 years of recruiting experience
· Experience working with 1 or 2 ATS systems (applicant tracking systems)
· Should have experience of working with 10-12 positions at a given time
· Must have experience with various sourcing techniques, such as Boolean, X-raying etc
· Should have used the leading job portals
· Knowledge of EEOC laws
· Good interviewing and negotiating skills
Nice to have –
Experience with hiring in architectural companies or NON-IT companies
